The first European competition for supply chain startups was launched this year by Supply Chain Media, publisher of the Dutch Supply Chain Magazine and the quarterly Supply Chain Movement. 26 entries were reviewed by the jury. Only 10 were selected to showcase their solution on May 24th at the InNOWvate event in the Netherlands.
Learn moreBringing together companies with very different specialities - upstream supplier management, delivery on demand or even UAV inventories - this top 10 is however only slightly diversified in terms of nationality: 80% of the companies come from Germany or the Netherlands. However, one French company convinced the jury with its multimodal logistics visibility platform: Everysens.
"The innovative nature of our value proposition, the maturity of our solution and the expertise of our team made the difference," explains Sabrina Meksaoui, Commercial Director of Everysens.
The company has been working for several years with shippers and logisticians, including ID Logistics, T3M and Saint Gobain. "We understand their business needs and enrich our logistics visibility platform accordingly. We have thus developed and integrated intelligent geofences, real-time delays and advanced fleet rotation statistics," adds Sabrina Meksaoui.
Organised in a former railway maintenance hangar, the InNOWvate competition, which attracted more than 250 supply chain professionals, proves the enthusiasm of manufacturers for innovative logistics solutions.
