How is your business impacted by the lack of predefined contract terms for order taking?
Manually managing contracts without predefined terms can be time-consuming, as it requires constant oversight and updates.

Digitizing your sales contracts has the following positive impacts:
Ensures smooth coordination with clients that can access shared information on orders instantly.
Enhances transparency between shippers and their end customers by providing key contractual information about orders, such as the product name, quantity, destination, and other details.

The usage of SAP codes facilitates a more seamless exchange of data.
Increases security by ensuring only authorized persons can access and modify the contract terms.

The positive impacts on your workflow with real-time order monitoring:
Allow end customers to track progress and make informed decisions thanks to up-to-date information on the status of shipments.

Everything you need to know about Advanced Ordering.

How do notifications work for order placement?

Whenever a customer places an order, you will receive a notification. Additionally, if there is a delay in delivery, your end customer will also be notified.

Can I set a deadline to receive orders from my customers to schedule my transports?

Yes, you can. Advanced Ordering allows you to set a cut-off time for your customers to place orders. After this deadline, your customers won’t be able to place orders for the upcoming period. You can set and modify this deadline according to your needs.

Can I view all my customer orders in one place?

Yes, you can use the Agenda View to organize and manage over 100 orders from all your customers in one place. You can easily search for a specific order by entering the order number.

Can I schedule a round trip for wagons based on a single order?

Yes, Advanced Ordering allows you to schedule a round trip based on a single order. You don’t need to place separate orders for each leg of the trip. You have the flexibility to choose between a single trip, round trip, or circular trip.
